Micheller Myrtill és Pintér Tibor 2005-ben alapították meg duójukat és azóta már négy CD és koncert DVD-juk is megjelent. 2006-ban és 2010-ben is a legjobb 8 között díjazták a formációt a németországi Völklingenben megrendezett 'Voice&Guitar' nemzetközi versenyen. 2009-ben londoni turné következett és híres londoni jazz clubbokban szerepelt nagy sikerrel a formáció. 2010-ben az Új Színházban adtak teltházas koncertet, amelyből CD és DVD is született. 2015-ben a Katona József Színházban adtak teltházas, fergeteges koncertet 10 éves fennállásuk alkalmából. 2018-ban megjelenik a duó új albuma Csányi István közreműködésével, a lemezen duettek találhatók izgalmas átdoglozásokban. 2020-ban megjelenik a formáció egy igazán különleges, akusztikus lemeze, ahol a megszokott jazzgitár helyett Tibor egy akusztikus gitáron muzsikál Myrtill mellett. Az ének-gitár felállás bravúros játékot, gazdag és improvizatív előadásmódot jelent és különleges zenei élményt ad. A duó állandó klubja a Budapest Jazz Club.
Myrtill Micheller & Tibor Pintor Duo show was founded in 2006 & in that year they released their first album 'Same As You' & took part in a remarkable Voice&Guitar contest in Volklingen Germany, where they were awarded a top eight place! In 2009 the duo were invited to perform a London tour with appearnces at some of the UK's capital city finest Jazz Clubs such as The Vortex, Boisdale & The Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho. The success of this tour inspired the duo to record their second album 'True Colours' using the same concept as the legendary Ella Fitzgerald & Joe Pass had done years before. The programme includes numerous popular songs as well as Jazz Standards with homage to the above arists but presented for a modern audience with Myrtill & Tibor own unique treatment, the high level of improvisation that goes into our duos arrangements always captures the imagination of the audience who are captivated by such a memorable musical experince that is delivered with such class & authority by Hungary's top Voice&Guitar Duo that is Myrtill Micheller&Tibor Pinter.
